This year Stephen Grindrod is celebrating 20 years in business, and 24 years in the building trade. He started out as an apprentice; it's a great way to build up skills and experience whilst getting a qualification along the way.

"I feel it's important to give something back to the trade by being able to offer the same opportunities to others as I had. To this end I am currently training two apprentices, developing their skills in traditional and new build techniques in order to see the craft survive in the next generation”

There is always ongoing training within the craftsmen in Stephen’s team as new products and methods continually arrive on the market that blend seamlessly with tradition, bringing exciting opportunities for creativity.
